Waikato Milking Systems global headquarters and engineering divisions are located in Horotiu, with offices and Warehouses in Australia, USA, UK, Ireland, and China, with agents and customers in every dairying nation in the world.Job DescriptionWe are seeking a customer focused individual to join our experienced team in a Technical Support role, based in Horotiu, in the Waikato. This role is a great opportunity to further your interest and career in related fields of technical, mechanical, and electronical aspects of the Agri- tech sector. In this Technical Support role, you will carry out warranty processes and electronics/electrical checks. You will communicate and provide technical support to dealers and direct customers online and face to face. Together with the wider technical and sales support team you will be focused on providing exemplary customer service, technical support, problem resolution and installation support for Waikato Milking Systems products.QualificationsTo be successful you will:

Have relevant background/experience
Have a passion for quality and excellent attention to detail
Have strong interpersonal skills and a great communication style
Be proactive, reliable, and willing to learn from others
A Have a genuine interest in the agricultural/Agri-tech sector
Have a great work ethic and 'can do' attitude
Hold a full driver's licence and have own transport
Be willing to work flexible hours to meet customer demands
