- Develop and implement comprehensive advertising strategies for existing client portfolios, aligning with their unique brand aspirations, target audiences, and budget realities.
- Lead the creation and execution of multi-channel campaigns, spanning digital, email and on-platform marketing.
- Analyse campaign performance, interpret data insights, and recommend actionable adjustments to maximise effectiveness and ROI.
- Cultivate strong partnerships with clients, acting as a trusted advisor and proactive communicator, exceeding expectations at every turn.
- Stay abreast of industry trends, new platforms, and evolving consumer behaviours to identify opportunities for competitive advantage.
- Recruit, hire, and develop talented advertising professionals, fostering a culture of collaboration, mutual respect, and continuous learning.
- Provide individual guidance and professional development opportunities to help team members reach their full potential.
- Delegate tasks effectively, empower team members to take ownership, and celebrate individual and team achievements.
- Maintain open and transparent communication channels, providing constructive feedback and ensuring team members feel heard and valued.
- Address team challenges and conflicts proactively, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
- Work closely with the Customer Success team to provide ongoing insights into campaign performance, client needs, and potential upsell opportunities.
- Partner with the Sales team to develop and deliver training programs on the latest advertising strategies, technologies, and industry trends.
- Foster a culture of open communication and collaboration across all teams. By regularly sharing campaign data, insights, and best practices, ensuring everyone is working towards the same goal – delivering exceptional client experiences and driving overall business growth.
- Excel at conceiving and delivering highly customised, bespoke campaigns tailored to the unique needs and objectives of major clients with minimum spends of $50k. These campaigns will go beyond the ordinary, leveraging cutting-edge strategies, innovative channels, and data-driven insights to achieve exceptional results.
- Delve deep into client data, market trends, and competitive landscapes to uncover hidden opportunities and craft campaigns that resonate deeply with target audiences. Your understanding of complex client goals and budgets will be paramount in designing campaigns that deliver on both brand impact and ROI.
- Work directly with high-level decision-makers at client companies, acting as a trusted advisor and strategic partner. This close collaboration will ensure campaigns are aligned with their long-term vision and business objectives, fostering strong relationships and exceeding expectations.
- Possess a keen understanding of advanced campaign measurement and attribution methods, effectively demonstrating the impact of your bespoke campaigns on key performance indicators (KPIs) and driving continuous optimization for maximum ROI.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, or a related field is preferred but not essential.
- A minimum of 6 years digital marketing experience (email & social marketing experience strongly preferred) .
- Strong back end proficiency with major social media platforms and social media management tools.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong client relationships.
- Attention to detail and excellent editing skills.
- Proficiency in analytics and reporting tools.
- Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.
