Who You Are:

A property manager with a proven ability to manage residential or commercial portfolios
Skilled in tenant and landlord relations, conflict resolution, and navigating complex compliance requirements
Comfortable with property management software and digital tools, from inspections to reporting
A natural communicator who thrives in fast-paced environments and can juggle competing priorities with ease
Holds a current driver's licence and has access to a reliable vehicle
