In addition, you will be -Cleaning public areasSweeping, mopping floors, vacuuming carpets, dusting and polishing furniture, fixtures and fittingsRemoving rubbish and recyclingCleaning fireplacesMaintaining kitchens, washing dishes and cooking utensils, and cleaning appliances, cupboards, counters, pantries, and floorsAttending to any late-night guest requests; preparing and cooking meals, and serving food and beveragesWelcoming late night or early morning guests, answering telephones, delivering messages.Responding to any emergenciesPatrolling the lodge and groundsWhat you will bring:The ideal candidate will be a self-starter with a strong customer focus, who is honest, responsible and capable of working unsupervised. This is a hands on role with lots of variety.
