
Senior Consultant and Manager - Business Transformation

- Working as a team in the successful delivery of business transformation projects across various areas, including:
- Operating model design
- Strategic cost transformation and operational efficiency
- Process optimisation and ways of working
- Business case development
- Oversee complex transformation programs spanning the entire lifecycle - from strategy through design and into implementation.
- Drive business development and account management activities, including pursuits, proposals, and managing key client relationships.
- Proven experience leading and delivering business transformation projects and programs end-to-end
- Experience working within government departments
- Government or consulting experience
- Strong capabilities in business case development, financial modelling, and/or program delivery
- Clear written communication and strategic thinking
- Experience working on complex public sector initiatives or programs
- A structured approach to critical problem-solving.
- Understanding of machinery of government,
- The ability to work in a team to leverage insights for strategic decision-making.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to present complex technical and business concepts clearly and confidently to both internal and external stakeholders.
- Client-centric approach: Focus on delivering value to clients through tailored solutions and exceptional service delivery
- Project Management: Understanding of project delivery. Delivery experience, as a project team member, would be highly valuable
