From unlocking operational efficiencies to driving strategic change, you'll play a key role in supporting our government clients..This is a hybrid position and is based in our Te Whanganui-a-Tara (Wellington) office.Ko Tō Rourou | Your key responsibilitiesYou can expect a diverse range of responsibilities that allow you to make a meaningful difference. On any given day, your duties may include:
  • Working as a team in the successful delivery of business transformation projects across various areas, including:
Large programme planning and execution
  • Operating model design
  • Strategic cost transformation and operational efficiency
  • Process optimisation and ways of working
  • Business case development
  • Oversee complex transformation programs spanning the entire lifecycle - from strategy through design and into implementation.
  • Drive business development and account management activities, including pursuits, proposals, and managing key client relationships.
Ngā Pūkenga | Skills and attributes for success
  • Proven experience leading and delivering business transformation projects and programs end-to-end
  • Experience working within government departments
  • Government or consulting experience
  • Strong capabilities in business case development, financial modelling, and/or program delivery
  • Clear written communication and strategic thinking
  • Experience working on complex public sector initiatives or programs

  • A structured approach to critical problem-solving.
  • Understanding of machinery of government,
  • The ability to work in a team to leverage insights for strategic decision-making.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to present complex technical and business concepts clearly and confidently to both internal and external stakeholders.
  • Client-centric approach: Focus on delivering value to clients through tailored solutions and exceptional service delivery
  • Project Management: Understanding of project delivery. Delivery experience, as a project team member, would be highly valuable
