We believe in having a positive impact on our people, our community, and our world.Job DescriptionThe Operations and Contract Lead is tasked with overseeing the processes of the branch, managing the office, and enhancing both contractor and permanent placement experiences to contribute to the branch's maturity and efficiency.Some of the work you will be carrying out is:
  • Spearhead initiatives to boost contractor retention, engagement, and attraction, fostering continuous business growth.
  • Provide operational, administrative, and office support, collaborating with the Managing Director and Manager, Sourcing and Delivery.
  • Streamline processes, implement automation for efficiency, provide market intelligence, and support Consultants in contract generation.
  • Actively seek opportunities for continuous improvement in automation and operational efficiency, leading the implementation of improvements and ensuring adherence.
  • Act as a liaison to head office and group functions, building strong relationships with head office staff in areas such as communications, marketing, payroll, finance, and IT to ensure operational strength.
Qualifications
  • Proven experience in operations and contract management, with a focus on boosting contractor retention and engagement.
  • Strong background in providing operational and administrative support, including streamlining processes and implementing automation for efficiency.
  • Demonstrated ability to collaborate with management and provide financial reporting and market intelligence.
  • Experience in leading projects and driving continuous improvement in automation and operational efficiency.
  • Excellent relationship-building skills
  • Great written and verbal communication skills
