Our experienced interdisciplinary team use a person-centred, strength-based, solution- focused approach to suit specific needs.Our programmes include a combination of SAW, BTW, Private Insurance/business assessments, TI, Concussion, SRNA and specialist equipment contracts.About the role | He kōrero whakamārama mō tēnei tūrangaThis is a is a position for a registered Occupational Therapist or Physiotherapist to join our team in the Manawatu region working across a number of clients and contracts. We are open to contracting options for the right candidate. Being a community-based role, the successful candidate will be comfortable working in homes, community and workplace settings. You'll have the opportunity to meet and work with people from all walks of life so someone who thrives in a people-based role will get a real kick out of the variety in this position!This role will cover the Manawatu region. You will have flexibility across the specific contracts and geographical regions you are working in. We are able to offer flexible working arrangements, to make sure that the role can fit around your family, social and sporting commitments. We have opportunities to base yourself at home, or at the office, working with you, and what is going to work best.We support clients' return to optimal functioning and work, following injury or ill health so your broad experience would be valuable in this role.What you will bring | Ngā tohungatanga mō tēnei tūranga

2+ years experience as a NZ Registered Occupational Therapist or Physiotherapist, post graduate qualification in Vocational Rehab is an advantage, but not essential.
Understanding of, and commitment to Te Tiriti o Waitangi
Current NZ Registration with NZOT/NZPT
Passion to continue to learn and grow
Excellent communication skills
Ability to work well in a team
An awareness of Health Legislation and the NZ health funding systems
Ability to travel and work autonomously
