The role involves scheduling and coordinating a fleet of trucks, ensuring deliveries are completed on time and to customer requirements.Key ResponsibilitiesPlan and allocate daily jobs and routes for drivers.Monitor schedules and adjust as required to meet deadlines.Communicate with drivers and customers regarding delivery details.Ensure compliance with safety and transport regulations.Maintain accurate records and documentation.RequirementsExperience in transport dispatch or logistics coordination.Good knowledge of the trucking industry and local/regional routes.Strong communication and organisational skills.Proven literacy and numeracy abilities.Ability to work accurately under pressure.DetailsTauranga-based role.Full-time, Monday to Friday.Competitive pay.Apply Now
