- Erect, dismantle, and maintain scaffolding structures according to safety and quality standards.
- Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and technical documents.
- Ensure scaffolding work complies with safety regulations and industry standards.
- Work alongside other tradespeople to complete projects in a timely manner.
- Maintain equipment and tools in safe working condition.
- Proven experience as a scaffolder.
- Valid scaffolding qualification or certification.
- Good understanding of scaffolding techniques and safety regulations.
- Ability to work at heights and in varying weather conditions.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work well within a team.
- Have reliable transport to get to work.
- Be able to pass pre-employment drug test.
- Have working rights in New Zealand.
