To play a critical role in lifting the success rate of our proposals and pursuits. You'll achieve this by using your critical thinking and expertise to advise the Client Partnership team in the best approach to each client response.Responsibilities
- Successful project management of pursuits.
- High quality of client-centric creative writing.
- A partnership approach in supporting the Client Partnerships team in their bid responses.
- Timely, graphically compelling and client engaging collateral.
- Contribution to a library of best practice.
- Timely delivery of proposals, presentations and capability statements that leverage regional/global intelligence and best support regional Client Partnership efforts
- Ability to write in an easily consumable manner, while also hitting each client's trigger points
- Ability to make your opinions and advice heard
- Proactive approach to improving processes and procedures
- Positive team feedback and successful proposal initiatives
- Collaborative approach with other countries and regions, as well as the global pursuits teams
- Escalation and appropriate management of potential reputational issues
- Effectiveness and quality of relationships across team(s) within the discipline and region
- Project managing the development of proposal responses, presentations and client or industry specific capability statements
- Collaborating with Client Partnerships team to support production and management of marketing and communications materials that best align with objectives and provide highest ROI
- Managing the ongoing update of materials and coordinating with other regions for consistency
- Contributing to the creation of a high performance, innovative team environment
- Collaborating across disciplines, regions and studios
- Previous experience in the architecture, design, property, infrastructure or construction industry (desirable)
- Experience writing and managing proposals and/or:
- Creative communications / graphic design skillset - if you're currently in a Graphic Design role and are looking to broaden your skillset into strategic thinking with creative direction, then this is the role for you. - Excellent writing and organisational skills with an eye for graphic design
- Exceptional communication and relationship building skills
- Highly organised with the ability to multi task effectively and work under pressure
- Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to influence, persuade and develop beneficial relationships at all levels of the organisation
- Advanced knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Additional experience in video production / editing skills (desirable)
