We have an opportunity for a Contracts Processing Officer to join our Regional Contracts Team, based at the Regional Office in Ellerslie.Mō te tūnga | About the roleThis role is all about supporting the way we manage and process contracts with our partners, who directly help our clients prepare for and move into sustainable employment. You'll be working in a busy environment where accuracy, timeliness and quality service are key.Your work will involve processing contract information, keeping records up to date, and ensuring data is accurate. You'll also provide support to the wider team so that our partner organisations have what they need to deliver services to our clients.Mōu | About youWe're looking for someone who is organised, detail-focused, and confident working to deadlines. You'll be comfortable using computer systems, especially Microsoft Excel, Outlook and Word.
