- Actively manage and grow key market segments to maximise revenue and profitability in line with commercial goals
- Build and nurture strong relationships with key clients and community partners
- Provide leadership and direction to the hotel sales team
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in a hotel sales role
- Proven success in leading a team to achieve sales targets
- Strong communication, negotiation, relationship-building, and networking skills
- Ability to execute sales strategies at a property level
