The opportunity - Te tūrangaIn this critical role as Programme Manager reporting to the Enterprise Planning & Delivery Lead in our Transformation team. You will be responsible for managing and driving delivery of the programmes of work in the annual enterprise operating plan to time, budget and quality standards to realise the benefits required.You will be working closely with the Enterprise Planning and Delivery Lead and relevant business stakeholders to support TVNZ's work programmes and projects so that they are planned, managed, delivered, and reported in a consistent, transparent and disciplined manner.This role is responsible for upholding the prioritisation of projects across TVNZ to deliver increased revenue, operational efficiencies, address risk and/or viewer benefits - ultimately to ensure the budgeted benefits are realised.This is a critical role in the Project Services team, providing programme management across all projects.What we're looking for - Tā mātou e kimi neiTo be successful in this role, we are looking for the

Strong experience in managing and delivering large, complex programmes of transformation work
Demonstrated experience in financial & commercial management principles as they relate to project management and delivery of a business case (budget vs. earned progress, capital vs. expense, etc.).
Proven experience managing stakeholders at all levels of an organisation including effective negotiation and communications (written and oral) skills.
Proven ability to work within a team environment, manage multiple projects, and adapt to frequent change, proactively mitigating for potential issues and risks.
Proven ability to influence and lead cross-functional teams in an environment of competing interests and limited resources.
Strong experience managing and delivering projects at pace; delivering value iteratively, maintaining flexible and light touch processes, continuously delivering and improving.
Commercially savvy, with experience delivering and supporting transformation projects that materially change the business.
