- Develop and own the National Field Sales operational plan to achieve business objectives.
- Leverage data to enhance commercial understanding and drive strategic decisions.
- Coordinate and review the annual call cycle plan for each Channel and Customer (store/clinic) to maximise effectiveness.
- Foster the growth and performance of team members through coaching, career planning, and career development.
- Ensure compliance with processes and tools, while collaborating with peers to implement new field sales technologies that enhance operations.
- Oversee the coordination and facilitation of National Sales meetings and key field events, managing expenses while ensuring optimal cost efficiency.
- Uphold all company policies and regulations, ensuring compliance with local and Nestlé standards.
- 5 years of field sales leadership experience within the FMCG industry.
- Strong people leadership skills with the ability to motivate, coach, and develop high-performing teams.
- Strong understanding of sales functions, including Category, Customer, and Field Sales, preferably in a Pet Specialty or non-grocery environment.
- A flexible, adaptable mindset and a passion for driving growth.
