Mō te tūranga | About the RoleWe are excited to advertise a Learning Programme Lead – Credit to join our Culture, Capability and Learning function. You will report to the Senior Manager Banker Capability and be part of the wider HRC Business Unit.This role is responsible for programmes including, Westpac New Zealand’s Credit Approval Limit (CAL) programme and other credit/lending and targeted capability skilling, including role-ready induction for our customer facing bankers, with programmes structured to meet any accreditation requirements.
