This role will involve working closely with clients to understand their goals and objectives, conducting thorough analyses, and leveraging data-driven insights to optimize website performance.Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct comprehensive audits of client websites to identify conversion optimization opportunities.
  • Analyze website traffic, user behavior, and conversion funnels to identify key areas for improvement.
  • Develop and implement A/B tests, multivariate tests, and other optimization experiments to improve conversion rates.
  • Collaborate with clients and internal teams to develop hypotheses and test plans aligned with business goals.
  • Monitor and analyze test results, providing actionable insights and recommendations for further optimization.
  • Continuously iterate and refine conversion optimization strategies based on performance data and industry best practices.
  • Stay updated on emerging trends and best practices in conversion rate optimization and user experience design.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field; additional certifications in CRO or digital marketing preferred.
  • Proven track record of success in optimizing conversion rates and improving website performance, preferably in a similar industry or sector.
  • Strong analytical skills and experience with web analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, or similar platforms.
  • Proficiency in A/B testing tools such as Google Optimize, Optimizely, VWO, or similar platforms.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to effectively communicate findings and recommendations to clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Detail-oriented with a strong focus on data-driven decision-making and continuous improvement.
  • Experience with remote work and managing client relationships remotely is a plus.
