- Working closely with clients to understand their requirements and preferences tailored to their needs
- Lising with customers to scope the project and budget
- Create proposals and negotiate contracts including project deliverables and timelines
- Working with Account Managers, kitchen designers, manufacturing and installers
- Delivering an outstanding client experience, ensuring customer satisfaction throughout the consultation, quoting and install process
- A sound understanding & working knowledge across all areas of kitchens
- Technically capable, understands products and installation
- Sound measuring, quantifying & pricing experience
- Strong communication skills, ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships
- Project management experience - organised, detailed with exceptional time management & multitasking abilities.
- A team player with a positive, can-do attitude
