- Lead and develop a high-performing Digital Solutions team, bringing in new digital capabilities and fostering a culture of innovation, accountability, and continuous improvement.
- Build team capability through targeted upskilling, mentoring, and exposure to global networks.
- Define and execute the digital product strategy and enterprise architecture roadmap, aligned with HEINEKEN's global and regional D&T strategy.
- Drive adoption and governance of digital platforms and services, ensuring alignment with global standards and supporting DB's transition to a modern Digital Backbone.
- Partner effectively with business leaders and stakeholders, owning the digital solution portfolio and delivering measurable value through strategic solutions and analytics.
- Collaborate across HEINEKEN's global and regional teams, using agile methods to deliver key product roadmaps and scalable solutions.
- Manage relationships with strategic technology partners (e.g., DXC, IBM), ensuring service quality, cost-effectiveness, and seamless integration with internal teams.
- Design and deliver impactful digital solutions, balancing cost, time, value, and complexity while solving business pain points and promoting agile ways of working.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Management, Computer Science, Analytics, Engineering, or a related digital field.
- Minimum 7 years' experience in digital solutions or a related field, with at least 3 years in a leadership role working closely with business stakeholders and digital teams.
- Proven track record in governing, implementing, and driving digital projects, including managing external vendors and cross-functional teams in a matrixed environment.
- Demonstrated ability to hire, mentor, and develop talent, building a team that delivers operational excellence.
- Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills, with the ability to translate technical concepts into clear business value.
- Agile mindset with a passion for learning new technologies and ways of working, and the ability to confidently engage both business leaders and technical teams.
