- Consulting and being a trusted advisor to your client base along with managing client servicing requirements
- Identifying opportunities for growth both within your existing client base and new business
- Providing professional, accurate and efficient responses to client needs through liaison with external stakeholders and underwriters
- Preparing proposals for new business opportunities
- Coordinating client renewals and preparing premium calculations
- As a Account Manager you will have the opportunity to lead and collaborate with an experienced team of Brokers and Account professionals
- Your valued contributions will play a key part in the delivery of our Risk and Broking services and as a Senior Account Manager you will also be a key source of knowledge and play a mentor to the newer members of our team

- This role requires you hold a Level 5 Financial Services Qualification or working towards the qualification
- Proven experience in an insurance broking position with demonstrated success managing a complex portfolio of clients
- The ability to deliver high standards of quality client service and confidence managing your own portfolio
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
- Proven experience in leadership and management
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to juggle multiple responsibilities
- Competency with Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook
- The ability to mentor and coach our more junior members of the team
