It places trust in our team members to focus on the output and value of their client work, not the amount of time spent in the office.We are seeking dedicated Senior Accountants to join the Business Advisory team within our Virtual Centre of Excellence (VCOE). This is a fully remote working role with the option of working in a local office.What will your typical week look like?This role is responsible for ensuring that all aspects of clients' engagement are running smoothly with a strong focus on client delivery.Our collaborative approach will allow you to provide more personalised advice to our clients, ensuring greater independence and client contact.

Assist in preparing business advice and/or producing complex special purpose reports for clients
Prepare financial statements, reconciliations and tax returns for companies, partnerships, trusts and a range of individual businesses
Ensuring jobs are completed effectively by meeting technical standards and deadlines, within budget
Ensuring clients are made aware of their compliance obligations and liaising with various providers and statutory authorities on behalf of clients
The ability to establish and maintain positive relationships with colleagues and clients

Let's talk about you!You are someone with…

Proven accounting experience within Public Practice and strong knowledge of NZ taxation requirements
CA or CPA qualification or be working towards this (desirable)
Ability to establish and maintain positive relationships with clients
Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively as part of a team
Curious mindset, eager to learn and a passion for accounting and business advisory services
