Are you an experienced Site Supervisor or Site Manager with a background in subdivisions or large-scale commercial site works? Join our dynamic team and play a pivotal role in delivering high-quality civil construction projects across the wider Tauranga area.
About the Role:
We're looking for a capable and hands-on leader to manage day-to-day site operations. You'll oversee crews, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure projects are delivered safely on time, and to spec.
What We're Looking For:
- Proven experience in subdivisions and/or commercial civil site works
- Strong track record in a Site Supervisor or Site Manager role
- Excellent knowledge of New Zealand construction standards and practices
- Ability to manage resources, timelines, and on-site issues effectively
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Local knowledge of the Tauranga area is highly desirable
- Wheels Tracks and Roller endorsements
- Full Class 1 driver's licence
- Lead and coordinate all on-site activities
- Ensure compliance with H&S regulations and company policies
- Work closely with engineers and project managers
- Oversee subcontractors and ensure high-quality workmanship
- Report on progress and proactively manage delays or issues
