As a Senior Business Analyst in our Business Transformation team, you will contribute to the delivery of strategically important improvement goals. Collaborating with stakeholders from across our business, you will research user needs, identify key problems, challenge assumptions, and seek out great ideas, then help to deliver solutions that really make a difference.Put people first. This isn't a typical IT BA role - your work will require a holistic, people-centred approach that considers technology as an enabler as opposed to the default solution.Share your knowledge. In addition to your project work, you will actively develop the capability of your team members via coaching and mentoring and contribute towards building and developing the business analysis practice.Improve our business. Most importantly, this role is about making a positive difference to our business.To be a success in this role, you will need:

A growth mindset
Ability to engage and quickly establish and maintain strong working relationships with a wide range of stakeholders
Highly analytical, with strong problem solving and organisational skills
Knowledge and experience across Business Analysis domains, including specialisation within area(s) such as: complex problem solving, Business Process Management, Continuous Improvement, Information Technology and Data Analysis
Experience with both Agile and traditional working practices
Strong desire to coach and develop others
Demonstrated ability to contribute to the building and development of an analysis practice supporting our overarching Value Delivery Framework
Able to create structure in ambiguous situations, and comfortable adapting to changing priorities
Highly developed collaboration and facilitation skills

It would ideal if you have:

Knowledge and experience across Design Thinking and Service Design domains, such as: user-centric research, user journey mapping, service blueprint development, problem hypotheses development, human-centred design, ideation techniques, prototyping methods
