Some of the attributes a successful candidates will have:

Be a qualified painter
Appreciate H&S
Be able to work under instruction
Have good English
A full drivers license
Be okay with police vetting
Be open to travel with work
Be okay with weekend work
Be EWP trained
Have experience in plastering (if possible interior and exterior plastering)
Have commercial painting experience
