You'll be empowered to focus on your career progression and turn your goals into reality as an integral part of the group's success.About the RoleReporting to the New Zealand Technology Centre Manager, the Team Supervisor is responsible for ensuring team members follow correct processes, production standards and targets are achieved. This role collaborates closely with a range of internal and external stakeholders, building effective partnerships and meeting the required standards.Main Duties include:
  • Provide effective coaching, mentoring, and training for your team
  • Ensuring the correct production processes and procedures are followed by the team on a job-by-job basis
  • Monitoring SLA volumes and workflows to meet SLA timeframes
  • Working closely with other supervisors to ensure resources between jobs meet SLAs
  • Ensuring jobs are completed in full, on time and error free
  • Resolving production issues and escalating where needed in a timely and efficient manner
  • Technical support
  • General administrative tasks
  • Ensure your site is compliant with Canon Group and client Health & Safety Standards
About YouWe are looking for someone with a 'can-do' attitude who relates well with a variety of people and can build constructive and effective relationships. You have proven experience in a supervisory role and enjoy the day-to-day of managing a team and providing an exceptional level of customer focus, along with:
  • Strong people management skills and HR experience
  • Experience in an operational/production environment
  • Tech Savvy - strong systems experience
  • Excellent communication skills, verbal and written
  • Strong time management and organisational skills
  • Excellent interpersonal and relationship building skills
  • Intermediate MS Office experience (Word, Excel, and Outlook)
  • Resilient and can work well under pressure
