- Provide appropriate, effective, and clear psychological formulations based on thorough assessments
- Use of a wide range of assessment tools including psychometric testing
- Prepare assessments and interventions and treatment plans clearly and objectively
- Works as an active, positive, and supportive team member
- Effectively communicate with patients, whānau, and colleagues
- have a positive, can do and supportive attitude
- exceptional communication skills (both written and verbal)
- Registered as a Psychologist in NZ with demonstrated clinical competence
- A willingness and ability to teach others and share expertise within a team
