What skills you need:
  • Epic people & communication skills – keep the energy high!
  • Exceptional time management & organisational skills
  • Ability to multitask, keep calm & solve problems under pressure
  • Experience in a leadership position – management skills required; you’ll oversee between 15 – 20 staff
  • Commitment to working in a high energy environment where weekends and nights are the norms
  • Passion for providing an excellent customer experience
