
Director - HR Transformation and Technology

- Lead the delivery of transformative engagements with customers that drive better outcomes across HR/Payroll and Workforce Management, working with alliance partners like SAP, Microsoft, ServiceNow and Dayforce
- Provide thought leadership and strategic direction, evaluating and recommending solutions that align with our clients' business goals
- Evaluate solution architecture and its business impact, recommending technologies that align with client goals, while ensuring delivery meets local performance objectives across service quality, risk, business growth, and innovation
- Proven experience leading large-scale HR technology and transformation projects (ideally including SAP SuccessFactors or other cloud HRIS platforms).
- Strong capability in shaping solutions that address complex workforce challenges, including global delivery models.
- Proven ability to lead teams and manage escalations in high-pressure environments, while influencing senior stakeholders and shaping client propositions that align with EY's offerings.
