- Answer all incoming customer calls and emails in a professional and efficient manner offering a variety of product and non-product solutions to customers.
- Identify potential customer needs and opportunities to grow the business whilst setting clear and achievable expectations with customers.
- Develop strong relationships with customers and demonstrate how we are adding value to their business.
- Continually look for ways to improve business process, skills, and techniques to better support the team and business.
- Ability to manage relationships and expectations on various levels
- Thorough customer service, with the willingness to provide exceptional service skills
- Intermediate experience in MS Office applications, and capable of learning new systems and working with technologies generally
- Good written and verbal communication, customer service / management, and influencing / negotiation skills
- Bonus: Previous customer service and/or call center experience in a telecommunication industry.
