You'll be the senior point of contact on site, leading teams, maintaining strong client relationships, and ensuring delivery against time, cost, quality, and safety targets.You'll also play a key role in shaping the future of our projects by identifying new opportunities, supporting proposals, and fostering long-term client partnerships. Day to day, you will:Lead and manage project teams across multiple locationsDevelop and monitor detailed project plansManage budgets, pricing, and reporting to ensure positive outcomesEnsure compliance with health, safety, and quality requirementsCommunicate regularly with stakeholders and provide clear progress updatesBuild strong relationships to support growth and future projectsThe ideal Project Manager will have:A track record of leading and developing people while driving strong project outcomesStrong knowledge of industrial electrical and instrumentation servicesElectrical Registration would be an advantageA solid understanding of project management practices, quality assurance standards (ISO 9002:2016, AS/NZS 4801), and excellent HSE practicesFinancial and commercial acumen, including cost management, tendering, pricing, and reportingSkills in planning, prioritising, time management, and resource allocationProficiency with MS Office and MS ProjectStrength in communication and customer relationshipsThe ability to set goals, manage competing demands, and deliver projects in fast-paced environmentsFlexibility to travel frequently - this role involves regular travel, primarily across the central North Island, and requires flexibility to be where the projects are happening, including Auckland and beyond as neededKeen to take on big projects and grow your career?
