
Crane Operator

- Operate mobile and all-terrain cranes for lifting and placing steel and precast components.
- Conduct pre-start inspections and ensure all equipment is operated in accordance with safety protocols.
- Work collaboratively with site teams to plan and execute lifts safely and efficiently.
- Transport crane components and loads as required (truck licence required).
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation related to lifting operations.
- Ensure compliance with all company health, safety, and environmental standards.
- Demonstrated experience operating mobile cranes, including Liebherr models (preferably 5+ years experience)
- Experience with both steel and precast concrete lifting operations.
- HIAB operation experience (preferred but not essential).
- Current New Zealand Class 4 (or higher) truck licence.
- Proven commitment to safety procedures and regulatory compliance.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Reliable, self-motivated, and proactive work ethic.
