- Understand the consumer by defining target markets and creating an engaging consumer profile.
- Be accountable for brand performance and development across Australia and New Zealand.
- Create compelling communications and campaign strategies and track the effectiveness.
- Flawless Execution of global plans to deliver growth
- Implement growth strategies via 3 year brand plan and yearly implementation plan
- Lead and manage events, influencers and PR campaigns
- Deliver cross-functional alignment to ensure brand strategies and implementation plans are cohesive.
- Understand the financial dynamics of the brand, the impact of competitive strategies and brand profitability, and be able to identify associated risks with brand plans.
- Have experience working in cross-functional teams and being able to collaborate effectively.
- Minimum 3 years' experience in marketing
- Overseas media agency relationships, ensuring efficient channel planning
- Manage end-to-end campaign production, collaborating with creative, media and internal teams to deliver impactful campaigns on time
- Manage post campaign reviews
- Work with product and CRM teams
- This role will be based in NZ
