You'll support creative, flexible service delivery while coaching and mentoring a skilled team of therapists. Each day brings variety as you advocate for whānau and help create safe, supportive environments for lasting change.Your responsibilities will include:
  • Coaching and supporting MST therapists to deliver high-quality, evidence-based interventions.
  • Ensuring fidelity to the MST model through supervision, training, and continuous improvement.
  • Building strong stakeholder relationships to enable integrated, wraparound support.
  • Overseeing service operations including budgets, reporting, and compliance.
  • Promoting a safe, culturally responsive, and supportive environment for staff and whānau.
The salary offered for this role is $92,544.70 - $104,380.78 per annum (placement within this band is based on qualifications and experience).He kōrero mōu | About YouTo thrive in this role, you will have:
  • A bachelor's degree in Social Work, Nursing, Psychology, or a related field, along with relevant clinical training.
  • Current full registration with a professional body such as SWRB, NZPB, Occupational Therapy NZ, NZ Medical Council, or DAPAANZ.
  • Atleast 2 years proven leadership experience and ability to coach clinical teams.
  • Proficiency in applying family systems theory, CBT, and other behaviourally based approaches.
  • Skilled in managing budgets, reporting, and stakeholder engagement.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate with diverse groups.
  • Confident in handling risk, incidents, and health & safety.
  • A full New Zealand driver's licence and eligibility to work in New Zealand.
