This is a varied role that combines retail operations, customer service, e-commerce fulfilment, and marketing support. This is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and has a passion for all things beauty.This is a 12-month fixed-term contract, working 25 hours per week, Monday to Friday.What you'll do:
  • Deliver an exceptional in-store and online customer experience
  • Manage online orders end-to-end, including pick/pack/dispatch and tracking
  • Keep the store floor stocked, tidy, and welcoming
  • Support marketing activities: social media content, promotions, and events
  • Assist with stock management, inventory updates, and charity/event projects
  • Bring fresh ideas to help us connect with customers and grow the Crush Beauty community
What we're looking for:
  • Previous retail or customer service experience (bonus if it's beauty-related)
  • Strong communication and people skills - you love helping others
  • Basic understanding of social media and marketing
  • Creative, proactive, and adaptable with a can-do attitude
  • Willingness to pitch in and help out in this fast-paced environment
  • Comfortable with Microsoft Excel and keen to learn new systems
