- Utilise your strong connections with communities and settings, such as workplaces, and your in-depth knowledge of Hauora Māori to promote healthy environments
- Previous experience in health promotion or community development would be ideal
- Permanent role, 1.0 FTE, 40 hours per week based in Invercargill
- working as part of a team with colleagues in Te Whatu Ora, supported by our Community and Whānau Wellbeing Leadership team members
- establishing effective and trusted relationships with key stakeholders to support the implementation of health promotion processes and initiatives e.g health promoting workplaces including WorkWell, well-being and mental health promotion
- collaborating with community, other organisations and sectors, to identify and address health and wellbeing priorities.
- Occupational health assessment
- Police vetting/Ministry of Justice safety checks
- Serious misconduct checks (previous Public Service departments and statutory Crown entities only)
- Covid-19 vaccination
