The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring that best practice financial systems are maintained and up to date, invoices are paid correctly in a timely manner, and accurate information is provided to the Director and board to assist in the delivery of the annual programme. This includes financial planning, managing annual reporting, fundraising, stakeholder relations, health and safety reporting, and general office and gallery support.The Physics Room is a contemporary art space dedicated to developing contemporary art and critical discourse in Aotearoa New Zealand.
