The ideal candidates will have a strong mechanical aptitude, attention to detail, and the ability to work well with a team in a fast paced environment. You will be responsible for setting up, operating and maintaining various types of machinery to ensure the smooth and efficient production and packing of our vegetables.McCain Hastings is a 24/7 operation - you'll be working 12-hour fixed night shifts from 6pm to 6am, operating on a 4 nights on, 4 days off rotation alongside a close-knit team. Punctuality, reliability, and a strong work ethic are essential attributes for success in this role.Key tasks.

Setting up machinery according to production specifications
Overseeing the efficient operation of the production line and equipment
Troubleshooting and resolving machinery issues
Maintaining precise record-keeping
Following food safety and health and safety protocols and regulations at all times
