- Correspond with branch administrators to reconcile & notify regarding daily bank deposits.
- Review daily deposit uploads from branches.
- Post refund transactions.
- Post cash settlements.
- Reconcile accounts to daily statements. Correspond with Credit Department to resolve issues.
- Post journal entries for specific transactions from Credit department.
- Monitor cash over or short for large variances.
- Assist the accounting team with journals and reconciliations.
- Other duties as required.
- Minimum of 2 years' experience in a similar position
- Basic accounting knowledge
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Ability to work in a team environment.
- Strong organizational skills
