You’ll smash this if you:
  • Have experience as a Candidate Manager or delivery recruiter bonus points for tech/IT
  • Want to learn the client-facing side without being thrown in the deep end alone
  • Can juggle priorities without dropping the ball or the phone
  • Are proactive, curious, and ready to make things happen
