This is a great opportunity to grow and develop your leadership skills with responsibility to manage, motivate and lead a local team and multiple Scrum Teams. You'll also be responsible for ensuring the effective management of activities relating to the build, maintenance and support of software solutions.Key responsibilities of the role include:· Team leadership and management· Coordinating and planning of development resourcing requirements, product priorities and customer commitments· Communication and reporting· Working collaboratively with Product management, Engineering and customers· Subject Matter Expert for the applications products and their operation on Invenco’s product portfolio· Software development and documentation· Software product maintenance· Software design and architecture· Test plan developmentAbout youIdeally, You'll have 10 years of software development and/ or Testing experience. You'll be collaborative, and able to build partnerships across the business and with customers. You will be able to manage complexity, use insights to make sound decisions and bring your innovative thinking to solve problems and improve process.
