Are you persuasive, motivated, and passionate about building business relationships? We are seeking a Telephone Marketing Representative to join our Business Development team. This role is ideal for someone with strong communication skills, a positive attitude, and the drive to deliver results.About the RoleAs a Telephone Marketing Representative, you’ll play a key part in generating new business and supporting existing customer relationships. You’ll engage with prospects over the phone, follow up on leads, and help drive sales through professional and proactive communication.This position reports directly to the Sales Manager.Key Responsibilities
  • Proactively secure new business and follow up with potential customers.
  • Conduct telemarketing campaigns for new and existing products.
  • Follow up on proposals, conference leads, and marketing material.
  • Book appointments for sales representatives when required.
  • Use the company CRM system to manage and track all customer interactions.
  • Meet daily call targets and contribute to weekly sales meetings.
  • Ensure accurate completion of paperwork and reporting.
  • Support a safe, tidy, and professional workplace environment.

  • Previous telesales, call centre, or customer service experience is highly desirable.
