This is a great opportunity for an HR Advisor to take on an interesting and varied 12 month maternity leave contract. The role, which reports to the VP, Talent & Culture is responsible for supporting the team at Invenco in an advisory capacity, providing insight across a range of areas from employee documentation to induction, employee relations, reporting and analysis.Key responsibilities of the role include:· Recruitment, onboarding & induction· Employee experience, Engagement & Culture· Talent management & succession planning· Learning & Development· Employee relations and Performance Management· Reporting & AnalyticsAbout you
Ideally, you’ll have 3-5 years of experience in HR with exposure to a global company environment and international teams.
