We’re on the hunt for a Creative Specialist to join our in-house creative team - roll up your sleeves, work with seasoned creatives, and grow their career in a fast-paced, retail-driven environment.Job DescriptionAs a Creative Specialist (Junior Art Director), you’ll support the creative team’s delivery by developing and executing high-impact and visually compelling concepts for our brands, product ranges and seasonal campaigns touching across all channels, ensuring brand appeal and consistency.
You’ll work cross functionally across our marketing, merchandise, store ops and internal teams and closely with Senior Creative Specialists/Art Directors, copywriters, and photographers, gaining hands-on experience across a range of media and touchpoints.From building mood boards to working on photoshoots in our in-house studio to adapting campaign assets for web, social, and print; no two days will look the same!
  • Assist in concept development and design execution for campaigns, events, and promotional activities across digital, social, e-commerce, and print channels.
  • Support photography shoots in the in-house studio, assisting with visual execution to ensure imagery aligns with brand guidelines under the direction of the Senior Art Director or Creative Lead.
  • Prepare mood boards, layouts, and visual presentations for internal reviews and stakeholder approval.
  • Adapt creative assets for multiple platforms, ensuring consistency and compliance with brand standards.
  • Present design concepts to internal teams and incorporate feedback to refine creative outputs.
  • Collaborate with copywriters, designers, and production teams to deliver assets on time and to the highest quality.
  • Maintain organized files and ensure all artwork meets compliance and quality standards.
  • Stay updated on design trends, retail marketing best practices, and emerging digital platforms to bring fresh ideas to the team.
QualificationsWhat You’ll Bring
  • A degree or diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or similar
  • 1 - 3 years of experience in a graphic design/artworker/creative role preferably in a retail/studio/agency environment
  • A strong eye for composition, layout, typography, and storytelling
  • Strong knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and familiarity with Figma.
  • Experience working within brand guidelines and adapting creative for multiple formats, including digital, social, and print.
  • Familiarity with production file setup, version control processes, and preparing assets for multiple platforms.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines.
  • A collaborative mindset, attention to detail, and a willingness to learn from feedback
