We are known and awarded for our innovation and meaningful work.2024 is shaping up to be another busy year for us, so we are looking for a Business Director to join our Auckland team.With a background in research, ideally in an agency environment, you enjoy the fast-paced nature of the interesting and important projects you get to do. As a key member of a collaborative and supportive team, reporting to the Head of Client Services, you will manage direct reports and will be responsible for a growing and developing a client portfolio with a mix of government and corporate clients. Your personal brand, reputation and skills will play a crucial role in ensuring your success.RequirementsKEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Sell all aspects of TRA’s offerings, from research and strategy to design thinking and data.
Ensure all projects for specified clients are delivered to the highest standard and align with TRA’s vision and values.
Set and achieve revenue targets for clients in collaboration with the Partner and Head of Client Services.
Undertake joint business planning with clients, ensuring alignment with goals, vision, and purpose.
Guide the development of consulting technology and products.
Coach and develop your team.
