This is a newly created role, and a great career opportunity for an experienced Product Development Engineer to support the design and development activities for the company's product pipeline. You will report to the CTO and collaborate with cross-functional teams to implements efficient, scalable, and cost-effective solutions. As you are joining the company in its very early stages, you'll have a real impact on the company's future and upcoming success.Please note, this job will require relocation as it is based in Palmerston North.About You, the Candidate:
This role would suit someone who is eager to get away from the noisy, busy city, and relocate to the affordable and relaxed city of Palmerston North in the idyllic Manawatu-Whanganui region. You will be someone who is looking to further develop their career, enjoys a challenge, is self-motivated, and is excellent at collaborating with others.In addition, the successful candidate will have the following qualifications, experience, and characteristics:
- Bachelor or Master's degree in Engineering or a related field.
- 3+ years' experience in a similar role in pharmaceuticals or medical devices.
- Risk management experience.
- GDP experience.
- Ability to multitask and prioritise workload.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Happy to be based in Palmerston North (essential).
