As a Data Analyst at Medenterprises, you will play a crucial role in leveraging data to drive informed decision-making and optimize business performance. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to gather, analyze, and interpret data from various sources, providing actionable insights and recommendations to support strategic initiatives and operational efficiency.🌍 The preference for this candidate is to be based in Auckland, with the ability to attend our central Auckland office for in person collaboration a few times a week- think "Auckland-hybrid"📌 Role & Responsibilities 📌

Collect, clean, and analyze large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and correlations
Develop and maintain data models, dashboards, and reports to track key performance metrics
Conduct ad hoc analysis to support business operations, including but not limited to market research, competitor analysis, and client segmentation
Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into data-driven solutions
Identify opportunities for process improvement and efficiency gains through data analysis
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in data analysis and visualization techniques

Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field
Proven experience as a Data Analyst or in a similar role, preferably in the professional services industry
Proficiency in SQL, Python, R, or other programming languages for data manipulation and analysis
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex datasets and communicate insights effectively
Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Looker
Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment
Prior experience in healthcare or recruitment industry is a plus

Knowledge / Experience:

Proven experience with CRM/Sales/Recruitment data in particular Salesforce.
Worked in an analytical capacity to support a high performing sales or recruitment team. In particular to provide insight and analytics around performance improvement both at team and individual level
Experience dealing with Senior and Executive Leadership Team members to support them with dashboards and ad hoc queries
SSAS/PowerBI/Microsoft Stack
