Site Traffic Management Supervisor (STMS)We are seeking a qualified and experienced Site Traffic Management Supervisor (STMS) to join our client's team. This position is responsible for ensuring traffic management operations are carried out safely, efficiently, and in accordance with industry standards and client requirements.Key Responsibilities:
Supervise and implement temporary traffic management plans on site.
Ensure compliance with Traffic management regulations
Lead and support traffic management crews to maintain a safe work environment.
Conduct site safety checks and maintain accurate documentation.
Liaise with clients, contractors, and the public in a professional manner.
Skills and Experience Required:
Current STMS qualification (Category A/B or C preferred).
Proven experience in a traffic management supervisory role.
Strong leadership and communication skills.
Excellent understanding of health and safety requirements.
A full Class 1 driver's licence (Class 2 or higher an advantage).
Ability to work flexible hours including nights and weekends as required.
