Large NZ organisation that operates in the financial services industry looking for a Senior Business Analyst for a system replacement and automation project.The Role
This is a critical and urgent role that will be key to help the business shape up their system and vendor selection.
You'll need to urgently partner and engage stakeholders to nut out and agree on current state.Duties
- Organise and hold workshops
- Document current state
- Strong documentation skills
- Proven background as a contract BA
- Banking or finance experience
- Flexible, problem solver with a can-do attitude.
- Strong influencing and persuasion skills
- Excellent stakeholder engagement skills
