Do you want to work with a supportive, high-performing, and entrepreneurial team?Colliers is the leader in the marketing of new build residential projects in New Zealand and we have an exciting opportunity for a Sales Executive to join our team.As a Residential Project Sales Executive, you will be responsible for delivering residential apartment and terrace projects to the market on behalf of our developer clients. You will work closely with our clients, suppliers and the wider team to sell residential new builds and deliver exceptional results.QualificationsTo be successful in this role, you will bring:
  • REA Salespersons License
  • Solution focused with excellent communication skills
  • A passion for the property market and a drive to achieve sales targets
  • Ability to travel and flexibility of hours, including weekends
  • A proven track record of residential sales is desirable
