Job Description:Are you focused and pay attention to detail? Can you deliver an excellent service and plan to get our Technicians to the right location on the right day?Rentokil Initial is looking for a self-motivated and energetic person who is keen to step into the role of Service Planner based out in Palmerston North. Reporting to the Operations Manager, this is a pivotal role and you will be the "go to person" for the team.In this role you will be:
  • Supporting the team to ensure that the customer experience is up to scratch, your focus will be on service delivery through a solid planning strategy.
  • Communicating with both internal and external stakeholders to ensure seamless delivery of service.
  • Working closely with supervisors and technicians to continually review performance against service delivery goals and ensure best practices.
To succeed in this role, you will:

  • Have strong organisational and coordination skills, and a keen attention to detail.
  • Be IT savvy and have good computer skills.
  • Be a strong communicator, self-motivated and highly outcome focused.
