Responsibilities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts.
- Develop and update annual channel plans, setting volume and revenue targets.
- Translate channel strategies into national execution plans.
- Optimize trade spend within budget.
- Partner with internal teams to implement winning ideas.
- Provide timely reporting on progress against objectives.
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in FMCG, ideally with exposure to both key accounts and field sales.
- Proven ability to develop and execute channel strategies that deliver results.
- Skilled in financial analysis, customer insight interpretation, and data-driven decision-making.
- Proficient in Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
- Strong communication, planning, and time management skills.
- A collaborative leader with a positive, can-do attitude and the resilience to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
